‍Referrals. We forward submissions to participating attorneys based on location/criteria. We do not guarantee a response or outcome.

‍Payments. Attorneys may pay us a fee to unlock contact details. Homeowners do not pay us.

‍No Warranty. The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

‍Limitation of Liability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

‍User Conduct. You agree your submission is accurate and you have the right to share it.

‍Third Parties. Linked sites (Airtable, Stripe, email) are their own services.

‍Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
